70-Year old Gunhild Swanson became the oldest finisher of the iconic Western States Endurance Run. She finished with only 6 seconds to spare before the 30-hour cutoff for a mountain run that starts at Squaw Valley Ski Resort and finishes in Auburn, CA. After battling the climbs and the descents and temperatures in the 90's it all came down to a mad dash to the finish line. Just incredible.
