Amber Rose And Julia Fox Shared What It Was Like To Date Kanye West, And Hindsight is 20/20

    Grab your tea cups! Julia Fox and Amber Rose reflected on their high-profile relationships with Kanye West.

    If you remember, Amber and Kanye dated from 2008–2010.

    Kanye saw Amber in Chris Brown and Ludacris's music video for “What Them Girls Like” and flew her out to possibly star in a music video for his song, “Robocop.”

    As for Julia, she had a brief but heavily publicized romance with the rapper in early 2022.

    According to Julia, she and Kanye met at the New Year ever's party in Miami.

    While dating the “Heartless” rapper, both women became hot topics, something that lasted long after their split with Kanye.

    Amber's fully aware of how the relationship launched her into stardom. "I don't shy away from that because it is a really big part of my story and how I became famous,” she said.

    "I think the funny part is I didn't have anyone to look to and say, okay, this happened to her, so it's going to happen to me — I was the first.”

    The quick shot into fame was completely shocking to Amber at first. “I was the girlfriend, and then all of a sudden I was by myself walking around, and paparazzi would follow me around, alone, and I would say, 'I'm not famous, he's not with me.'"

    “It was very foreign to me. I was kind of thrown to the sharks. He was already famous and didn’t warn me what that was going to be like," Amber said. "I just fell in love with someone who just so happened to be famous, and I didn’t know what my life was going to be like."

    "I didn’t understand at all. I don’t know what I was thinking. I didn’t know fame and all the bullshit that was going to come with it.”

    Julia tapped in with a hot-take about Kanye's most infamous behaviors. "I have a theory that he has always been the same, kind of, and it's getting more extreme.”

    "I feel like he has always just had really lofting dreams and always kind of pushing the envelope as much as he can, pushing the boundaries — like, if you tell the man no, he is going to find a way to get yes," Julia added.

    When Julia's cohost mentioned Kanye being very different now, Amber chimed in with her take. “No, I don't think that. I think he’s always been this person,” the 39-year-old model inserted. “But, years of buildup will make a motherfucker look crazy after a while because you’re just fed up. I definitely can’t make any excuses for the things that he says because I don’t agree with them. But, I know personally, I was a completely different person."

    This conversation makes me wonder if Kanye's other famous exes would agree. I guess we'll see.
