If you, like me, don't know where to start with houseplants or have killed many houseplants in the past, Sansevieria is the plant for you.
This plant literally does not care. 
Lighting requirements? None.
Watering requirements? When you think of it.
Fertilizer? LOL no.
Just put this bad boy in a corner, water it sometimes, and let its air-purifying glory bring a little joy to any room. As an added bonus, it literally tells you if you're watering it too much by turning yellow and smelling bad.

Okay, Philodendron Heartleafs aren't quite unbreakable, but they're pretty darn close and an excellent plant for the budding (heh) plant parent.
Much like me, they suffer if placed in direct sunlight and prefer an area away from a window, making these excellent bathroom plants IMHO. 
Also much like me, they like to be watered regularly, but will survive just fine if you forget every once in a while.

If you got this result, you're either a new plant owner willing to put in some time and energy, or a current plant owner ready to branch out a bit. 
With hair this luscious, you won't be surprised to learn that the Ponytail Palm Tree requires conditioner (fertilizer) about three times a year. But you will be surprised to learn that it's not actually a palm tree. These sometimes-little buddies are actually succulents. Because of this, they don't require a ton of watering, but they do like bright light about half the time. 
A little needy, a little chill, a lot spunky. What more could you want?

So you've got some plant-growing experience already, huh? 
String of Pearls is a gorgeous and eye-catching succulent that blooms in little white pompoms for about a month. They drape beautifully over the edge of whatever pot you put them in, and they aren't terribly fussy about soil.
But other than that, these little gems require some love. They're sensitive to being overwatered, and they prefer different temperatures at the different times of the year. Most of all, they really, really, don't like direct sunlight because it burns their pearls to a crisp. 
If you can handle these things, you'll be rewarded with a unique and eye-catching housemate.

Okay, I'm impressed that you got this result. These plants are PICKY. And TBH, can you blame them? If I had to be a plant I'd want to be a picky one, too.
The easiest thing about taking care of them is that they like to be at about 70*F (21*C) year round. 
But beyond that, these showy and stunning plants require a lot of TLC. If you want to go on a trip, you'll have to get a plant sitter to ensure that their room stays at about ~65% humidity, that their leaves are hit with bright (but not direct) sunlight, and that the soil they're in is always moist (but not too damp). 
The Zebra plant is demanding, but will give your home serious jungle vibes and will give you serious bragging rights to all of your plant parent friends.
