It's no secret that the coronavirus pandemic has been an extremely tough time for teachers.
So we want to shed some light on those difficulties. Teachers, what are some struggles that people just don't understand about your job right now?
Maybe parents have sued your district over mask mandates, and it's hard to focus on teaching your students while worrying about lawsuits and safety.
Perhaps your school district is suffering from a severe shortage of substitute teachers, and it's made you feel like you can't take a sick day when you should really stay home and rest.
Or maybe shifting from remote learning back to in-person teaching revealed that your students are having trouble connecting with others, and you've had to take on the additional responsibility of improving their social skills.
Whatever it is, we want to know. Tell us about the struggles you've faced as a teacher during the pandemic, and your response could be included in a future BuzzFeed Community post.
