    AHA! It's The Rock! And he's cooking up the sweetest birthday message EVERRRR for his baby girl's 16th.

    The mega-star's model daughter, Simone, turns 16 today, and her dad didn't hold back with the insta-love.

    "Feels like just yesterday I held her tiny body in my hands the day she was born as I whispered 'I'm gonna love and take care of you for the rest of my life,'" the Brahma Bull/probable 46th president of the United States gushed on Instagram.
