In late November, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi announced she's expecting her third child with husband Jionni LaValle.
She made the announcement with a cute photoshoot including her kids, 6-year-old Lorenzo and 4-year-old Giovanna, holding a photographed sonogram.

Snooki revealed she and Jionni already knew the sex of the baby before the party, but wanted it to be a surprise for their family...and the viewers.
Here's how the 31-year-old got ready for the party:
First she picked up two gender reveal baseballs. Her son would get to create the big reveal by hitting the ball with a bat.
Then she took a survey. Snooki has previously mentioned she wouldn't mind having another boy, but would be happy no matter what. But what do her little ones want?
And just in case you couldn't tell how serious Lorenzo was about having a baby brother, he added this for emphasis.
And lastly, the party food. Snooki made sure all the desserts were on theme with pink and blue colors.
Now for the moment of truth. Jionni would pitch the gender reveal baseball to Lorenzo while Snooki, Giavanna, and the rest of the family watched in anticipation.
Ready. Set. IT'S A BOYYYYYY!
