It looks like acting was always in the cards for Margot Robbie, because this prank she pulled when she was a kid takes a lot of talent and creativity.
While promoting Barbie — which became an instant box office hit — Margot recently appeared on BBC Radio 2's The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show, where she opened up about faking her own death to get rid of a babysitter.
“We got a new babysitter, and I wanted my old babysitter back, Talia, who was, like, 16. I thought she was so cool," Margot said.
"We got this much older lady in, and I was just not happy about it. She told me to go have a bath, and I didn’t want to."
So, Margot did what any rebellious kid would do. She decided to teach her new babysitter a lesson.
"So, I got a big kitchen knife and the ketchup, and I sprawled out naked on the tiles, covered myself in ketchup, put the kitchen knife, and I waited, like, 45 minutes for her to find me," she added.
And Margot jokingly admitted it was worth the wait, because the babysitter ultimately ran screaming from the house.
We love a "villain" origin story, or in this case, an actor's origin story. To hear more from Margot, check out the clip of her breaking down her past prank:
