Thanksgiving For A College Student, As Told By The Office

It's finally time for one of the best holidays of the year.

When it's finally Thanksgiving day and you can't even contain your excitement.

Your mom asks you to help with the cooking, and you realize that in reality, all you are capable of making is ramen noodles and toast.

When your family starts asking difficult questions like "what are you doing after graduation?"

And you try to deflect from the fact that you really have no idea what the answers to their questions are.

After about an hour, the first family member makes an awkward/inappropriate joke, and you just..

    Finally, it's time to eat.

But before you can eat, that family member who has had one too many gives their version of thanks.

And you go into the meal somewhat over estimating your ability to consume such a large amount of food.

When suddenly, you realize how violently full you are.

But you get over it, because there's still time for dessert.

And you're trying to still function after you ate so much you feel sick.

So you just pretty much accept the fact that you might have let Thanksgiving get the best of you.

As the day comes to an end, the sad realization sinks in that Thanksgiving is over until next year.

But then you remember Christmas is now only a month away, and everything is alright again.
