With Iron Man, I created two kinds of looks since Tony Stark has two facets to his personality. On the one hand, he's loud, flamboyant, and a little tacky--thus the outfit on the right (which contains vintage Versace!). On the other hand, he has the ability to be very business-like and serious (with just hints of that flamboyant, fun personality showing through). Thus, the more polished look on the right.

Hawkeye

Let me be honest--Hawkeye is the Avenger I forget all the time. His power is wholly impractical, considering everyone else has magical hammers, superhuman strength, or (in the case of Black Widow) their entire body trained to be used as a weapon. In the time it takes for him to pull out his arrow and prepare his bow, a normal person could have shot him, let alone what an all-powerful being could do.

But, ironically, I think this feminized look is the most successful out of all of the looks perhaps. It's simple, active, and can be easily dressed up or down. I like it.
