Remember last year's Golden Globe Awards when Tina and Amy made this joke about Taylor Swift?
But Taylor was like, not having it.
Then in an interview with Vanity Fair, Taylor responded to the diss by saying, "You know, Katie Couric is one of my favorite people... because she said to me she had heard a quote that she loved."
That quote was:
The quote is actually attributed to Madeleine Albright, who incorporates it into her presentations on female leadership.
When Amy heard Taylor's response, she was all like:
But when Tina heard, she was just like:
Then at the 2014 Golden Globes, Co-Host, Amy Poehler won her first award ever for Best Actress in a Comedy Series.
Amy was so excited that she even kissed Bono (or she did that just because).
Everyone was happy for Amy.
Especially her bestie and life co-host, Tina Fey.
Tina publicly congratulated her co-host by saying:
And added this pointed remark:
Tina for the win. Case officially closed.
Amy has a Golden Globe and both ladies officially have the last laugh.
