Heaven is found in this cute little corner bakery in the 10th district of Paris. It is legit the stuff that dreams are made of. They say you will never forget your first time, and trust me, you won't.

If there is a carb heaven on earth, here is where it is. Enter the blue haven and you will find hands down the best escargot you will ever have in your ENTIRE being. It is basically a butter pastry bread that is spiraled with custard/fruits/sweets throughout. They come in several flavours.

-chocolate and pistachio

-red fruits with cream cheese

-coffee and hazelnut

-lemon and pralines

-rum and raisin (the classic)

My personal fav is the chocolate and pistachio, and the red fruits with cream cheese one. The end tail piece is a bite of harder, flaky bliss. Then as you move towards the center it gets more and more moist, till you reach the middle piece of A-MAZINGness.

The apple tarts here are just to die for. They layer thin slices of apple on top of a flaky, buttery (see a trend here?), sugary perfect tart. If you are lucky, you will get a little bit of burnt tart at the butts where the sugar has caramelized a bit. nomzzzzz.

Seasonally they offer other fruits on top as well. I have seen apricot and FIG. But honestly, you can't go wrong with the original apple tart.

Next, you have never had a good brioche in your life until you have come here, TRUST me. If you are looking for perfection, you will find it in this brioche. A beautiful just perfectly hard crust with sugar cubes on top. The inside is a bitt denser than your typical brioche but the texture is just DIVINE. The bread itself is just the right amount of sweetness and honestly this bread has changed my life. You can eat it alone without any spread/jam.

Just do yourself a favour and come to this bakery if you are in Paris. It is only open on the weekdays, so I would plan your time around this. I have only mentioned 3 items here that legit can do no wrong in my eyes but they make some other baked goods as well. This place should honestly pay me for the amount of advertising I do for them.
