    WGN Morning News in Chicago got this message from a viewer:

    First, I am a BIG fan of WGN News. Accurate, professional and timely. What I am NOT a fan of is anchors saying THANK YOU to EVERY reporter after EVERY report. PLEASE STOP THANKING REPORTERS!!! It's their job!

    The viewer was angry at anchors for thanking reporters after every report. You know, the very standard "thank you for your report."

    Just move on and start reading the next story. We as viewers COULD NOT CARE if anchors feel the need to be over-polite to field reporters
