This Theme Park Ride Intro For "Titanic" Has Gone Viral, And Now I Need This Ride To Really Exist

    "I can smell the water."

    Well, I found it.

I found the funniest, most random thing I never knew I *needed.*

So, you know how theme park rides have those ridiculous introduction videos that play before the ride, detailing your "mission" for the ride?

A group of people screaming as they go down a hill on a water ride

Well, comedian Olivia Hoffman made one for a fictional Titanic ride.

The video has gone viral on TikTok:

And she really, truly nailed it.

One person said, "They always hit ya with the 'that's where you come in'

From "I actually wanna ride this"...

...to "I'd definitely invest in this."

I NEED THIS RIDE TO EXIST.

Another person said "Why do I actually want to ride this"

    I am personally this person:

    I can smell the water

Olivia said the inspiration for the ride was the Velocicoaster ride at Universal Studios Orlando.

"We had watched the Bryce Dallas Howard/Chris Pratt intro video about 900 times, and I was dying laughing because it’s so corny and cliché in this really lovable, unique, only-at-a-theme-park kind of way. I turned to my boyfriend and said 'imagine a Sophie’s Choice version of this.' And the rest is history."

She chose Titanic because, well, duh it's iconic...but she says more specifically "Titanic has everything in it that would make for an amazing amusement park ride. There’s action, disaster, urgency, water, beloved characters, and quotes that even an alien would recognize."

And what's next? Well, Sophie's Choice, of course.

"I have a Sophie’s Choice one written. I wrote it in line for the Velocicoaster and it’s been in my phone notes ever since. I just have some hesitations I’m working through. I have several other movies in the queue," she says.

Anyway, I've watched approximately 84 times.

She even made an outro video for the ride that is also very good.
