A Man Captured A Nightmare-Inducing Video Of A Huge Crack In A Roller Coaster In North Carolina

Reason enough to never go on a roller coaster again.

The Fury 325 claims to be the "tallest, fastest, and longest giga coaster in North America."

That coaster was shut down after a parkgoer captured a huge crack in one of its beams.

This video clip has gone viral because it's absolutely terrifying:

As you can see, the crack FULLY moves when the coaster goes by it.

The ride was thankfully shut down on Friday because the beam was "completely fractured."

Jeremy Wagner captured the viral clip as he was leaving the park.

Jeremy being interviewed about the roller coaster

"As I was waiting on [my children] to come out, I was just taking in the engineering feet of roller coasters, and then I saw a crack, and I was like, 'I can see light through that,'" he said in an interview with News Nation.

He told a parking attendant about the problem, and it took "up to the fourth person" to get someone. "There was no sense of urgency," he said.

Eventually, the ride was shut down.

The New York Times reports the ride is currently closed while repairs are made.

Either way, no more roller coasters for me, like ever.
