There's An Entire "Fake Town" In This Seemingly Normal Looking Mansion's Basement And I Can't Decide How I Feel About It
Imagine growing up with this in your basement! Imagine!
Oh, look. It's 11610 Highland Farm Road in Potomac, Maryland.

Homevisit
It's just your average $4.5 million mansion.

Homevisit
It has seven bedrooms. Eleven bathrooms.

Homevisit
A dining room that is bigger than my apartment.

Homevisit
There are many living rooms that children definitely aren't allowed in.

Homevisit
It's perfect for a lot of giant couches.

Homevisit
A bedroom that looks straight out of a historical home you would visit in elementary school.

Homevisit
There are 11 total fireplaces in the house — 11!

Homevisit
There's also a laundry room that is basically a laundromat.

Homevisit
But there's one part of the house that is *truly* bizarre but also very, very cool.
My friend found a listing for an otherwise normal mcmansion that seemingly has a little.... fake... town (?) in the basement
There is a random little town in the basement, complete with 15 "storefronts."

Homevisit
Fifteen storefronts!

Homevisit
There's a post office. There's a movie theater.

Homevisit
It's currently playing a double feature of Mary Poppins and The Exorcist.

Homevisit
It reminds me of a Small World or a tiny town in a Six Flags.

Homevisit
I see a Santa Claus on a scooter and a massage parlor.

Homevisit
Chic!

Homevisit
It has cobblestone roads.

Homevist
Those are real, working vintage cars.

Homevisit
It's my 12-year-old and 32-year-old selves' dream home.
