One of them has 18 number ones, 25 top ten hits, iconic music videos, an alter-ego named Bianca, a 20-year feud with Jennifer Lopez, a five octave vocal range, 5 Grammy awards (nominated for 34), says "bleak," a Christmas song that charts top 10 every year, and works out like this:
The other one discovered radioactivity, is the first person to ever win two Nobel Peace Prizes, and doesn't even have an iconic Christmas song.
So, Harriet Alida Lye tried to get a cake with Mariah Carey's face on it for her friend Siobhan.
This is the cake she got:
My cousin in England told her colleagues she wanted a Mariah Carey birthday cake. They misunderstood, and is the cake they made her instead. It’s Marie Curie, looking very festive.
The cake people thought she said "Marie Curie," not "Mariah Carey."
Still, Siobhan's reaction was obviously great because what *a good story* this has become.
