Don Vito was convicted of two counts of felony sexual assault on a child after groping three children at an autograph signing in 2006.

In 2006, he was arrested after allegedly groping three girls — two 12-year-olds and a 14-year-old — at an autograph signing in Lakewood, Colo.
"This man was out of control during this public event," prosecutor Jim Stanley said. "He was so intoxicated that he peed his pants while with these children."
After the verdict, Don Vito screamed in court "Just kill me now."
