    1. First off, Australian accents sound way better than your own.

    Americans, let’s be honest — the Aussie accent is beautiful and extremely sexy. You could listen to it all day and not get annoyed. And don’t even bother trying to imitate it, otherwise you’ll end up sounding like a strangled magpie.

    2. But sometimes they’re a bit confusing, especially when you’re trying to understand those Aussie slang words.

    You're usually roasting in the sun like a starfish while they’re under the umbrella cradling a pound of SPF 50. Oh, and regular skin checks are a normal thing in Australia.
