Foreign exchange students at the University of New Mexico agree to taste test some of New Mexico's most well-known dishes.

This video features foreign exchange students from all around the world trying unique New Mexican food for the first time.

The University of New Mexico students who participated were from all over the world, from Africa, to Asia, to Europe, and South America, and they all agreed to get a taste of the cuisine of the place where they chose to study abroad.

They tried the New Mexican appetizer of chips and salsa, Green Chile Stew, Tamales, Chile Rellenos, Pepperoni and Green Chile Pizza, Enchiladas, Sopapillas, Biscochitos, and Frontier Sweet Rolls, all foods every New Mexican has eaten.
