Home (not so) sweet home.

Buying a home isn’t easy — especially these days — and making it happen can feel like a dream come true. Unfortunately, sometimes that dream can turn into a nightmare.

Making matters even worse? Escaping a nightmare situation when you own is a lot harder than just breaking a lease.

If this happened to you, we want to hear about it. Perhaps you moved in to discover your new neighbor made your life miserable by throwing constant parties.

It's also possible your home turned out to be a total money pit, and you had to keep pouring more and more money into it to the point where you almost went bankrupt (or did).

Or maybe just the financial strain of keeping up with the monthly payments (and all the other assorted costs of home ownership) turned your life upside down.

Another possibility? A pipe leaked, causing massive water damage, and you were left staying with family and fighting with the insurance for months and months and months!
