Naturally, Parks and Recreation was a topic of conversation, and Retta told a story about how an extra kind of got on her nerves while filming a Halloween episode.
“A lot of extras think they’re funny,” Retta said. Chris agreed, adding, “The background performers are a vital, key ingredient to making a TV show...but every once in a while there’s some extras who are particularly fucking annoying.”
But you know who wasn’t bothered by extras? Jim O'Heir, aka Jerry/Gary/Larry/Terry etc.
Chris said that Jim would "literally adopt them," and Retta joked, "There isn’t an extra that Jim hasn’t attended their wedding.”
“Jim is the nicest man on the planet," Chris added.
Even Aubrey non-sarcastically admitted he's a sweetheart.
It sounds like Jim was nice to everyone though, including Parks and Rec stans.
