While physical appearances may be what initially draws you to someone, having a great personality is usually what sticks.
We recently asked the BuzzFeed Community to share what makes someone instantly more attractive that has nothing to do with looks. Here's what they had to say:
1. "Someone who is authentically and unapologetically themselves. Integrity is incredibly attractive."
2. "If a guy can sing an early 2000s pop song. I'm talking Kelly Clarkson, Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, and just genuinely enjoy the song, that's attractive."
3. "I have always been attracted to the fact that me and my boyfriend can have conversations for hours and never get bored of just talking to each other. We've now been dating for two years."
4. "If they hit this trifecta: funny, intelligent, and kind. That's literally it."
5. "Most definitely how they talk to you, and if they can make you laugh. I've had entire conversations with someone where I do not remember what the topic was, but what I do remember is wanting to keep talking with them. Also, someone that's able to go from having a serious conversation with me and then immediately making me double over with laughter within seconds."

14. "Watching them laugh to the point of not breathing, like at stand-up comedy or whatever. Just seeing that level of unabashed joy is an instant turn on. Being able to laugh, at themselves or at something that's genuinely hilarious, is such a big deal to me."
15. "It is incredibly attractive when someone's pet adores them, especially if it goes beyond food-based love. If someone can keep a pet healthy and happy, I know they are responsible and empathetic."
16. "Remembering the 'little things.' My crush (now boyfriend) always randomly asks me what I'm craving that day and then pops up at my house with food. We sit, talk, watch TV, laugh, and game. My mom even loves him!"
17. "Embracing your independence rather than being threatened by it."

19. "When someone is capable of listening. Not hearing, but listening. I mean someone who will retain what you say, care, engage themselves in a conversation, and in learning about you. They will remember little details about you, and it just overall leads to a much more enriching relationship."
