Igor and Maxine Smatoshki bring you on a new adventure in the village called Kutay. How do you catch a chicken thief? With water guns that is. Just don't tell that to the guy in the toilet. So what do you do when you catch the thief in action? Just like they do in the TV Series COPS, They got flashing red and blue lights. Put on a orange beacon light on top of you car, and get ready for action. There's crime fighting to do! When all else fails, just put on a hockey mask, and scare the heck out of all of the old Babushka's in the village. Don't catch the wrong person....
