The video shows Rob laughing and then making some strange noises. Someone please decipher this.

But perhaps Rob is making unintelligible sounds because he's dating Blac Chyna, the ex-girlfriend of Tyga — the rapper who is now with Rob's sister, Kylie Jenner.
