So, you've become a cat owner. Congratulations.
1. You've brought a this bundle of joy home for the first time, and given him or her all the amenities.
2. Although settling in isn't always easy...
3. ...you're excited for your new best friend and want to share him with the world.
4. Everything about him/her is cute. Like the way he purrs when you scratch him...
5. Or the way she knead on soft things.
6. Let's not forget the sweet way they welcome you home each day.
7. So you put up with his/her fascination with plastic bags..
8. ...their incessant meowing...
9. ...and their general disinterest in your existence...
10. And continue to parade your most prized possession around like the princess she was born to be.
11. ...Until your entire life is built around your cat.
12. People start to notice. Suddenly you are deemed the "Cat Lady" of your family and friend group.
13. Every time they see you, it's always "How's (your cat's name)?"
14. Every gift from this day forward will have the silhouette of a feline on it.
15. And anyone who knows about a spare cat will try to convince you to grow your flock.
But despite all your cat's annoying habits...
...and the never ending public ridicule...
Your cat is your best friend in this whole world.
She loves you.
