Puff Pastry Garlic Twists
Ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed 9 (or two if you want to make a bigger
circle)
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- all-purpose flour, for dusting
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Sprinkle a work surface lightly with flour and unfold the pastry. Roll
the pastry sheet and Cut out two equal size circles.
- Combine the butter with the garlic and parsley. Brush one of the
pastry sheet with butter mixture then spread mozzarella cheese
over the butter mix.
- Place the other sheet of puff pastry on top.
- Take a glass or small bowl and place it in the center of the circle.
- Then cut strips away from the edge of the glass.
- Bake for 20 min. or until twists are golden brown. Remove from
oven and brush them with plain melted butter and sprinkle grated
Parmesan cheese on top. Back in the oven for another 5 min.
