    Avocado Cucumber Rolls

    Super healthy Avocado Cucumber Rolls that even brings a smile on the most hardcore meatlover's face!

    Avocado Cucumber Rolls

    Ingredients:

    - 1 Avocado

    - ¼ Cup of Basil Leaves (a small bunch)

    - 1 Clove Garlic

    - 2 teaspoons Lime Juice

    - Salt & pepper

    - 1 Cucumber

    - Paprika (smoked or sweet)

    Instructions:

    - Combine all the ingredients (except the cucumber and paprika) into

    a food processor or blender.

    - Cut long thin strips from the cucumber.

    - Take a cucumber strip and spread a thin coat of the avocado

    mixture along the length of the cucumber.

    - Roll it up! No toothpicks needed. Do the same with the rest of your

    cucumber strips. Sprinkle with a little paprika and

    serve right away. Otherwise store in airtight container in the fridge

    to serve it later or the next day.

    This is such an easy recipe to make for parties or get together with family and friends. it's delicious and fresh!
