1. Digging around in your purse for exact change

I understand you're trying to be helpful most of the time when you do this, but we know how to issue change. And if you're just trying to get rid of change, well, go find a vending machine.

2. Making a snide comment when we ask for your card and ID

We are not doing this for us, we are doing it for you. There is a lot of credit card fraud, and by asking for ID we are ensuring that someone else is not using you're stolen credit card.

3. Trying to haggle with us over prices

Sometimes stuff gets put in the wrong spot, and it is not our fault. Stores try to make their signs and sale racks as clear as possible, but it doesn't always end up in the right place, and in most stores they won't even allow us to match prices.

4. Taking forever trying to find a coupon online

If we already told you there are no in store coupons out, don't look through a coupon website for 10 minutes showing us every coupon code there is. If there is a coupon, I will tell you and I will tell you where to look for it. And no, I cannot honor the code of a coupon if it doesn't work in store.

5. Getting snappy with us when you have to wait in line on a holiday weekend

When you come shopping right before Christmas, on Black Friday, on Labor Day, or Memorial Day, or Veterans Day, or any of those days, expect to wait in line. You knew by the parking lot it was busy, and I'm sorry not all lines move at the speed of light. It's a holiday weekend!!! Next time, come shopping on a Tuesday.
