Lizzie And Charlie, Life As Stub-Tail Kittens

On Sunday, I adopted two baby kittens just approaching their 2 month birthday (June 1). Elizabeth (Lizzie) and Charlotte (Charlie) joined me in my Cleveland, Ohio home and proceeded to be unnaturally cute. Here's their journey over the past 4 days...

After living life outside with their mom (and another sister and brother), they enjoyed their delicious chicken meal.

Lizzie is the adventurous one and tried the stairs a few hours after coming home. Named after Queen Elizabeth (and Elizabeth from Pride and Prejudice), I wasn't surprised by her spunk.

Charlie didn't understand how her food bowl worked and kept putting her paws in it. But it was so yummy!

Still so tiny, Lizzie fit inside the lid of a Birchbox.

... and then she had a very sleepy moment.

Charlie went up high on the couch and looked over her new domain (named after the new Princess Charlotte, I expected her to be regal).

So. Many. Catnaps.

Charlie wants to play but Lizzie isn't having any of it.

Of course, they are already Cleveland Indians fans (and the Cavs too!).

Getting more adventurous every day, they asked to come downstairs yesterday.

And so I let them.
