1. When the phone rings. And keeps ringing.

2. When a customer comes in and stays for an hour, talking the whole time.

3. When you're trying to work but people keep asking questions.

6. Packages.

We have to log each one. And it really sucks a lot.

Okay, but tell me what's going on. She's busy and we need to know if it's actually something she needs to help you with.

8. "My neighbor is being loud. Can I get a discount on my rent?"

9. Papercuts from files.

It's literally the worst thing. It's like you're actually signing with your blood.

10. When someone quits unexpectedly:

Thanks. Now we have to ruin everyone else's day.

11. "Why can't you waive my late fees?"

Just smile and say that we can't make exceptions for anyone.
