Fuck Fear

The voice inside your head that tells you are never enough. Go ahead and tell it to go fuck off. We no longer have time for that shit. We are too busy working towards our dreams and owning our potential. Because while we recognize our worth, we know we are capable of so much more. And, we are not afraid of it.

How to make sweet love to that dark crippling force that sometimes plays a bit to rough, but when you learn to relax and let go you end up liking it:

Say Yes- To the decisions that come your way that you would normally refuse. This is certain to open up new possibility.

Try It 2X- The first could have been bad at it and the second could make all the difference. Sometimes things get better with practice ;)

Feel The Discomfort- I am quite certain the universe does not want us to remain stationary. There is no growth in that. Feel the discomfort and know that this is when good change is taking place below the surface. Sometimes a little pain can be a big turn on.

Get The Ball Rolling- Take action to start a new project or act on something you have put off. The act of starting something will bring inspiration and confidence in your decision. Inspiration is the foreplay to productivity.

Quality Over Quantity- Be more discerning with how and what you give your energy to.
