    But did you know the Dutch have a breakfast very similar to our kid's party staple, fairy bread? Meet Hagelslag.

    Much like its Aussie relative fairy bread, Hagelslag only requires three ingredients: bread, butter, and sprinkles.

    Except it's not just for parties, IT'S FOR BREAKFAST, BITCH.

    The sprinkles come in chocolate, vanilla, fruit, and anise flavours and don't require a festive excuse. You can just chow down on some delicious, buttery sprinkle magic at any meal!

    There are also regular-sized sprinkles, or thicker ribbons of chocolate to wrap your mouth around.

    Or if you really want to get fancy, there are even chunkier options.

    If you think about it, the whole idea is basically just a really fun, prettier version of Nutella.

    No wonder the Dutch are so happy all the time.
