3. "You live in brooklyn so your rent must be so cheap."

Have you looked at Craigslist recently? Apartments in popular Brooklyn hoods rival, match, and even surpass some trendy Manhattan rent prices.

4. I didn’t even know there was a G train!

It may not be the best line on the MTA, but if you want to get anywhere in north Brooklyn, the G is your girl.

5. "You live in Brooklyn, so you must be a hipster"

My polo shirt and Levis are not amused.

6. "Is your life just like GIRLS!?"

I wish, but sadly no it is not.

7. "Living in Brooklyn, is not living in New York City.."

Oh that’s funny, because last timed I checked New York City consisted of 5 boroughs and not just one skinny sliver in the middle.

You don’t know city pretty until you’ve walked down blocks of tree lined streets and drooled over the GORGEOUS brownstones
