The Like-Twitter-But-Open Social Platform Is Going To Be A Real Thing

With 38 hours left, hit its funding goal of $500,000. The idea, in a nutshell, is to create an open “social infrastructure, not a media company” — the opposite of what Twitter and Facebook have become. This, in other words. I hope it succeeds. (I put in $50, after all.) We’ll see.
