The iPad A5X Vs Nvidia Tegra 3 Or: The Problem With Benchmarks

The Tegra 3 wins on two metrics; the A5X on one. But every test is loaded with caveats, and the iPad seems to win on the experience: "comparing tablet-to-tablet rather than chip-to-chip, the iPad’s screen makes the gaming experience a much tastier visual feast than you get on the Transformer Prime." Numbers aren't an experience, they're just numbers.
