The microwave cleaner is actually a small bottle shaped like a woman's shoulders and head. Her head has tiny holes where the cleaning concoction will spurt from to clean the microwave. It's sitting inside of a microwave.

It's dishwasher safe, FDA approved, and it'll save you space those larger sifters usually take up. Also, I bought this thing and use it whenever I cook pasta. It works exactly as advertised. I really love that it's so easy to clean (by hand or dishwasher) and incredibly easy to store when it's not in use. It's definitely made my transitions smoother when I'm cooking pasta and need to go from the stove to the drain really quickly.
