HUGH THE PUG'S MAGICAL ADVENTURE

Not quite Milo and Otis, but an adventure nonetheless.

One night a lovable pug showed up at Carol's Door..

What makes this pug so lovable you might ask? His dashing aged looks? The proud way he carries himself? Nay, it is those soft brown eyes that have so much expression.

Without a collar, Carol dubbed him Hugh (Mr. Rupurt Kingsley was a close second) and whisked him off to the vet to see if he was microchipped. Hugh was super happy for this part of the adventure!

With no microchip, Hugh asked Carol if he can spend the night.. Carol said, "You will have to ask Finn, first."

Hugh went to the foot of Finn's throne and asked, "Kind sir, may I seek shelter in your kingdom." Finn none to pleased with the house guest begrudgingly said, "Fine."

Ms. Lia was super excited to have a house guest and asked, "Mom, can we go outside and play?" Carol shook her head and said, "Sorry sweetie, not tonight, it is late."

Ms. Lia was not pleased with Mom's answer and sulked the rest of the night.

Finn was not pleased with anything and showed his displeasure by ensuring there was no room on his couch.

Carol made sure Hugh was comfortable with his sleeping arrangements for the night, and he wagged his tale in approval.

However, Finn was not pleased...

Settled in for the night, Hugh wondered how he stumbled upon such a magical place for dogs.

In the morning Hugh said, "This place is wonderful! But I am missing my family, can you help me find them?"

Carol said, "I will gladly help you find your family, but first we need to take your pug shot, Smile!" With a big ole grin, Hugh's mug was put on a flyer.

Hugh asked for one more ear scratch before hopping in the car to ask the nearest vet if they knew Hugh's family. Carol gladly obliged.

The vet instantly recognized the pug with the dashing mug and called his owners right away. What a reunion!! Hugh, whose real name is Mushu, was so happy to be with his family again!

Hugh had a blast with his visit, but dear readers a few words of advice, please microchip your dogs, and when letting them out ensure they have a collar and identification. It will make the reunion so much faster.
