Amazon has a list of products called "Movers and Shakers," which is pretty much fancy talk for things that are ~trending~.

Here are some of the coolest and most useful things found on the list this week:

    1. A 3-in-1 "super" pot. What's so super about it? Well, it's easy-to-clean, is dishwasher-safe, can steam, simmer, or grill, and even has a raised grill surface (meaning = fat will drip drip drip out of the way as your food cooks).

Promising review: "I read all the glowing reviews of this pan. How could anything be that good? Well, I'm here to attest that it is just *that* good at what it does, which is to cook almost anything perfectly. It's three-and-a-half quarts, which is more than enough room for a five-pound pot roast or a pot of beef stew to feed a family of five, no problem. Get one! You won't be disappointed. I bought another one for my friend who lives alone and hasn't been eating very healthy meals 'because cooking and cleanup is too much trouble' — hah! Not when one pan cooks all things perfectly and wipes clean. Add a Chinet paper plate and you're done." —Jon L. Landau

    Price: $25.50

    2. A pack of playfoam for fidgeting with (instead of a godforsaken spinner).

Of course, this eight-pack would also be useful for anyone with a whole brood of children and/or anyone who works at a preschool or daycare, but... follow your heart. If you think you need an eight-pack of playfoam, you probably do. Especially this kind; it's non-stick and doesn't dry out.

Promising review: "Oh my gosh, I don't ever want to buy Play-Doh again! This stuff doesn't dry out, doesn't crumble, doesn't get smooshed into the carpet, and my kids love it." —SAThom

    Price: $8.77

    3. A plastic protector to keep your beloved baseball caps from becoming distorted when you run them through the dishwasher (or pack them into a suitcase)., The Original Ballcap Buddy Cap Washer - hat cleaner - ballcap washer.- Its the BEST, Its the ORIGINAL and its MADE in USA. Check out the number of reviews

It works for flat *or* curved caps. Yours are probably foul as fuck (especially if you wear makeup); get one of these and give 'em a wash.

Promising review: "Best little gadget ever. My husband works outside at a cemetery and his hats come back pretty sweaty and covered in who-knows-what. This just makes it so much easier to wash them. It's better than getting in the shower with your hat on your head to wash it (so it keeps its shape). Yeah, I know some of you do that. I've seen it. Take that hat off, wash your head instead, buy this, and put it in the washer or the dishwasher!" —Stefanie

    Price: $7.95

    4. Pennywise. The creepiest Funko Pop figurine ever. Get one and find out if he ~floats~.

    September 8th is almost here! 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡

    5. A set of thirty fine-point, long-lasting pens for writing, drawing, doodling, coloring, bullet journaling... you get the picture. They'll even make taking notes fun. Somewhat.

The tip of each pen is encased with metal. If you're wondering what's so great about that, well, it means that you're able to use the pens with rulers or stencils and they won't wear down quickly due to rubbing.

Promising review: "These pens just changed my life. Why had I not heard about these until now? They are THE MOST amazing pens. My usual love = PaperMate Flairs, but these are even better! So many awesome colors. Super fine, strong tip. Can letter, draw, or color with these bad boys. Super smooth. Awesomely saturated colors that don't bleed!" —Lindsey

    Price: $14.12

    6. A soft, 3/4-sleeve midi dress with an elastic waist to wear on cool summer nights and warm fall days.

It comes in over 14 colors and sizes S to XL.

    Price: $9.99+

The solution allows you to wipe away contaminants without wiping away the beauty of the leather: you want to bid adieu to dirt and oil, not say sayonara to the surface of the leather itself.

Promising review: "Holy cow this stuff has resurrected my leather furniture!! Toss out the stuff that you get when you buy yours and just order this! I train dogs, so my furniture gets beat up. I was seriously considering buying new furniture before I found this product and used it!" —Amber

    Price: $29.99

    8. A blister-preventing balm that'll have your ankles, toes, and heels humming "Hallelujah."

Ankles are fans of the Jeff Buckley version, toes are partial to Leonard Cohen's, and heels? They love Rufus Wainwright's.

Promising review: "Bought this before my vacation, when I knew I'd be walking for hours every day in new shoes. I carried it in my purse and applied whenever I felt a little bit of rubbing from my shoes. This product was a godsend. After hours of pounding the pavement, day after day, I was exhausted, my feet were sore, but I never got a single blister. Worth the price." —Puffendorf

    Price: $12.99

    9. A pack of Grady's Cold Brew "pour and store" pouches to keep in your fridge so you can have some of that delicious New Orleans-style iced coffee whenever the craving strikes.

Promising review: "This is the best invention ever. I've been making cold brew for years and this is far better tasting and way less messy. What a great find!" —L.A. Scott

    Price: $28.49 (for 12 bags)

    10. A silly game for your kids to play while you cook dinner: they can play with plastic pasta while you boil up the edible kind.

The game's for two or more plays and recommended for ages four and up. The aim? To take turns removing noodles without letting the adorable fall into the bowl.

Promising review: "Bought this for our 4-year-old son, but we all love it! I didn't think it would be very hard or interesting for adults, but it's very entertaining! The curves in the noodles make it unpredictable (because they move the other noodles around), which helps adults be more engaged. It was so fun playing together that our in-laws bought a set for their house as well!" —JTanner

    Price: $9.19

    11. A set of six finger toothbrushes that your dog and cat will probably hate. Sorry, pals! It's for your own good. Dental hygiene is important for all creatures.

The bristles are designed to be hard enough to do the job... but soft enough to leave your pet's gums unharmed.

Promising review: "With this, I can actually feel what tooth I am brushing. At first I thought I might get a random bite, as my dogs like to 'chew' the yummy toothpaste I use, but they have never done that. I have a lab, a golden, a terrier, and a lab/golden pup and these brushes work on all of them. Plus, these are so easy to hand wash." —Joy Lundahl

    Price: $7.69

    12. Adhesive sheets for preserving your precious puzzles. If you spend so much time on them, you oughta show them off.

Promising review: "This stuff is great! And it's EASY! When I decided I wanted to decorate my room with puzzles, I looked into puzzle glue. But to be honest, it seemed so messy and kind of complicated, so I thought I'd give this a shot. Now I've got two 1000-piece puzzles on my wall! It even comes with plastic tabs to use for hanging your puzzle: so far, they've held up great. I've had one of the puzzles on my wall for about two months now, and it hasn't fallen off or come apart yet." —Melody

Price: $7.84+ (available in a variety of different sizes)

    13. A fold-up drying rack that'll come in handy whether you're living in a dorm room, an apartment, a house, or a.... yurt. Even a yurt. Even a dragon's stomach! OK, I'll stop.

Promising review: "After spending some time living in Europe I knew I wanted to buy a gullwing drying rack. Just about every home owns one of these overseas and it was the most useful piece of equipment I discovered. I have not been disappointed. It is very easy to transport (it folds extremely flat), but it's also very BIG: I can fit a very large load on this thing and have dried my sheets on it as well. If you are considering a drying rack, this is it." —Nicole Lynn

At most, we've seen some of the songs show up on compilation albums, but that really was all there ever was. Now that has all changed!
