    You Don't Have To LOVE Your Body!

    You’re all of a sudden supposed to love your body because you some curvy girl in her underwear on a billboard or photo campaign does? I don’t think so. This whole “love your body” campaign/movement doesn't give people anywhere to start. Here is how you can feel way better about your bod (without totally loving your body right now):

    1. Start now.

    2. Know you don't have to be perfect.

    3. Be kind to yourself.

    4. Rock a mantra!
