A Letter For The Future

Could a single post transcend space and time?

Are you there? If so, are you listening?

I am writing this hoping that one day you'll read it. I want you to know that I am trying my best to find you. Yes, at the time I am writing this particular article you are still a stranger to me and I to you.

Funny is it not? That eventually we will meet, not knowing that the stars will line up for us. Our meeting is destined, I am making it so.

It could be at a local bar, which I highly doubt because I hardly go out, or at a library. Our meeting is something I am looking forward to. I know, I am overacting, but to be honest if I didn't find you I don't know what will happen to me.

I am lost at the moment, and meeting you (in the future that is) changes everything. I am no longer the lone man I am now (at the moment that I was writing this. It is confusing, but it will all make sense). I finally have someone to share my life with, someone who'll laugh at my jokes (even if they are stupid). I finally have someone who understands me completely.

It's a stretch, but I do believe that one day you'll be reading this. I will keep writing so that the destiny I planted will eventually bear fruit. It may take years for you to see this, but I will do everything I can.

I'll keep on writing, I'll write everything that my brain farts out (pardon me). I will write if it means that you will see this one post, this post that blasts a deafening sound to an uncertain future.

I may falter, I may actually fail. I may be a complete wreck when you see me. If you manage to see way beyond my weakness, beyond my failures, and beyond my uncertainties, then we are truly destined.

I want you to know that I will continue believe in the impossible. I will believe in myself and in the uncertainty for it is the only thing I can do right now.

I'll see you in the future. Remember that whatever happens in the murky road that will lead me to you, you will forever be my number one girl.
