1. Corned beef in Cream Sauce.

Ingredients:

Shredded corned beef

Half a cup of citrus soda

Chopped onions and garlic

Half a cup of milk

Cream

Crushed black pepper.

Procedure:

Heat pan and add the cream.

Sauté the chopped garlic and onion on the pan.

Add the shredded corned beef.

Add the citrus soda, cook to a boil.

Add the milk, mix well.

Add the black pepper.

Continue stirring until the milk thickens.

Serve with rice.

2. Corned beef in Sour Stew

Ingredients:

Corned beef.

Chopped garlic and onion.

2 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of fish sauce

1 packet of powdered tamarind sour mix.

String beans cut in 2 inch length

Sliced tomatoes.

Procedure:

Add oil on heated pan.

Sauté garlic and onion.

Add corned beef. Cook for a few minutes.

Add two cups of water, cook till boil.

Add the fish sauce.

Add the tamarind mix (add according to own taste).

Add the string beans and the tomatoes, simmer for 8 minutes.

Best serve with rice.

Pasta in Cream Corned Beef Sauce

Ingredients:

Shredded corned beef.

Pasta, boiled.

All-purpose cream.

Bacon cut to bits, fried.

Black pepper.

Cheese.

Chopped garlic and onion.

Butter.

Half a cup of milk.

Procedure:

Add butter to heated pan.

Sauté garlic and onion.

Add the shredded corned beef.

Add the all-purpose cream, mix well.

Add the milk, cook until in thickens.

Add the shredded bacon bits, mix well.

Pour the sauce into the pasta.

Add cheese.

Best served hot.
