This Tuesday, 5 million viewers tuned in to FOX to watch the U.S. Women's National Team (USWNT) defeat Nigeria, making it the network's most-watched soccer match ever. The sheros of the USWNT are now advancing on to the single elimination round of 16 and will take on Colombia this Monday. Ranked second in the world, they're favored to win the whole tournament, but they're missing one key element: a good nickname.

If Nigeria had made it into the Round of 16, the story of their nickname would have earned them the top spot. The women’s national team is known as the Super Falcons:

The men are known as the Super Eagles.

Shoutout to the women of South Korea’s national team, who after winning a World Cup game for the first time ever deserve to be called Taegeuk Warriors like their male counterparts, but instead are called the Taeguk Ladies. They look like warriors to me.
