You’re probably thinking of diabetic ketoacidosis, which IS very dangerous. Ketosis is not. And the above poster is right, a diabetic should get their carbs from veggies. I’m a type 2 diabetic and I try (don’t always succeed, but i’m working on it) to keep my carbs around 30 or 40. When I do that my blood sugar stays in control!
I love cauliflower and I use it allll the time in all sorts of ways, but I tried it for “rice” pudding and it was so bad I had to toss it!! haha I’m always game to try anything, but not sure i’d try the oatmeal after the pudding debacle! :0)
