1) Realizing you actually can’t afford the date you’re going on.
2) Seeing all the “successful” people at the restaurant (that are probably also experiencing the same thing as you).
3) Beautiful skyscrapers all around you that continuously remind you that you aren’t where you want to be in your career….or life in general.
4) Picking up your date in your ‘95 Ford aspire-that will only have you aspiring to afford a different vehicle.
5) Added pressure to come up with a great idea for a date, but failing and realizing that your entire life is also a failure.
6. Finally getting the courage to ask someone out and then getting rejected.
7) Lastly, after another disappointing Valentine’s Day, sitting at home with a can of beer and realizing that it is easier to look for work than to find love.
