What springs to mind when you think of women's rugby players? Butch she men? Scary? Large? Towering? Not a good image is it? Rugby is always seen as an intense violent sport, but if played right it is good fun. There is always a risk as with any sport and you are going to get bruises, but they are worth it. Here's why:

Ladies teams are starting to spring up around the UK just a quick look online could find you the nearest club. Do it! We aren't all scary, you could make lifelong friends.
