Eurozone finance ministers await new proposals from Greece after voters rejected Europe's austerity terms. The rejected referendum would have acted as an international bailout to assist Greece from defaulting on upcoming crucial loan payments. The risk now is that Greece is substantially likely to default on the 1.6 billion euros ($1.8 billion) payment to the International Monetary Fund that is due this Tuesday.

However, one Craigslist user has sought to an alternative bailout.

The Antiques/For Sale section of the Brussels Craigslist page directs to a real estate add for sale of Greece by owner. The post states that the European Commission is selling this "highly acclaimed tourist destination" that is "strategically located at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa." Greece's accolades include being the "2005 EUROVISION Song Contest Winner" and the prime location for filming movies such as "300".

Prospective sellers should hurry though, because the offer states that if accepted before July 10th (the date upon which 2 billion euros in T-bills becomes due), they will even "throw in Cyprus and a small villa in Spain."

Some gems include the "Condition: salvage" and the "Make/Manufacturer: Titans."
