The Law Firm of Bert Moll

In 1997, Bert took a position as a staff attorney for the Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals, drafting appellate decisions of Administrative Law Judges.In September 2000, Bert joined the Phoenix law firm of Schmitt, Schneck, Smyth & Herrod, where he worked in the areas of civil litigation, contract litigation, business litigation and family law.Bert soon had the opportunity to form a law partnership with Steven B. Yarbrough, currently an Arizona State Senator, and Boyd W. Dunn, the former mayor of Chandler and a retired Judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court. At Yarbrough, Moll & Dunn, he practiced general litigation, business law, family law, estate planning, juvenile law, Social Security law, personal injury and probate.In 2007, Bert branched out to practice on his own. He continues to practice in the areas of general litigation, business law, family law, juvenile law, estate planning, personal injury, and probate.
