Zac Efron Revealed That He Struggles With Agoraphobia, And He Avoids Going Out Because Of It

Agoraphobia is a type of anxiety disorder in which people "fear and avoid places or situations that might cause you to panic and make you feel trapped, helpless, or embarrassed."

Zac Efron is very famous. He's been in plenty of stuff that everyone's seen, and he's easily recognizable to the majority of the general public.

"Something about that experience burned me out," he said. "I had a really hard time re-centering. Ultimately, they chalked it up to taking way too many diuretics for way too long, and it messed something up.”
