Kendall Jenner Explained How She Deals With Anxiety, And It Might Just Help You Out Too

Because there's nothing more important than taking care of your own mental well-being.

Listen, when it comes to mental health — or, like, pretty much anything — you don't have to listen to celebrities' advice. For starters, they're most likely more wealthy than you, and they have tools at their financial disposal that many of us simply do not. This is just facts.

That being said! Kendall Jenner recently talked about how she deals with anxiety, and it turns out that she had some pretty good advice.

“I have struggled with anxiety for years and it can have good and bad days,” she explained.

“If I need to wind down, I really make a point to take 15 minutes to meditate to settle my anxiety so I can get a good night’s rest.”

This isn't the first time Kendall's spoken about her struggles with anxiety. Last spring, she opened up about how it affected her childhood.

In a video series for Vogue, Kendall recalled experiencing symptoms of anxiety when she was "really young," including shortness of breath.

"Being overworked and being in the situation I'm in now kinda is what set it out of control," she said. "I've had times when I think I need to be rushed to the hospital because I think my heart's failing and I cannot breathe."

"I mean, there [are] going to be those people that say, like, 'Oh, what does she have to worry about? What does she have to be anxious about?' I'll never sit here and say that I'm not fortunate — I know I live a very privileged, amazing lifestyle; I'm a very blessed girl."

"[But] I still have [a brain], and that thing up there...is not always happy and it's not always connecting...no matter what someone has or doesn't have, that doesn't mean they don't have real-life feelings and emotions."
