Your alarm didn't wake you up, so you're going to be late to work. What do you do? 

Your barista is very busy, and she accidentally gives you the wrong drink. What do you do? 

You're having a conversation with a co-worker and they cut you off mid-sentence. What do you do? 

Someone keeps stealing your snacks from the fridge at work. What do you do? 

You tripped and now there's a hole in the knee of your favorite pair of pants. What do you do? 

Your boss gives you a new task. You've re-read the instructions your boss sent you, but you haven't done this kind of activity before, so it's possible you'll make many mistakes while doing it. What do you do? 

You treat yourself to some delivery for dinner and your driver has mistakenly dropped off your meal at a house that's across the street from you. What do you do? 

Lastly, while at the store, the cashier is unfriendly and impatient with you. What do you do? 

When problems come your way, you don't jump to conclusions. Instead, you consider all of the possible outcomes and make the best choice. You're curious, adventurous, and love learning new things.

Critical Thinking

When you experience a problem, you know that you sometimes need to ask for help. So you're an excellent team player. People call you a good listener and a loyal friend, and you're always willing to lend a helping hand. However, you also know that being a good friend and a good team player also requires some tough love, so you're not afraid to speak your mind when you need to. Even if you're generally pretty easy to get along with, you're a free thinker who doesn't mindlessly follow the crowd.

Teamwork

When you have a problem, you start asking questions and considering the best ways to solve it. For you, problems are like puzzles that you can solve. People often ask you for advice about how to approach their problems and you're an important voice of reason in your workplace and your friend group. However, sometimes you can be a little afraid of taking risks. Don't worry too much about getting outside of your comfort zone, because that's the only way you can truly grow.

Problem Solving

When you have a problem, you instantly start thinking about how it might impact the people around you. You're a people person and pretty good at reading a social situation. You're skilled at connecting people and building community. Instead of trying to solve a problem by yourself, you prefer to empower your team to work together to address that issue together.
